Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome with us. The fee for one dog’s stay is 200 CZK per night and is possible in all cottages and apartments (maximum 2 dogs per cottage or apartment). When staying in tents and caravans, dogs are free of charge. No animals can be accommodated in our glamping houses.

The easiest and most advantageous way to make a reservation is through our website, under the ‘Reservations’ tab. Once you click on the ‘Reservations’ tab, you will see specific prices, all available accommodation options, and a photo gallery of your chosen accommodation.

Check-in is available from 15:00. You can also collect your key card from the Key guru box from 15:00.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with instructions and an online registration form. After completing the registration, we will simply hand you the keys to your room upon your arrival at the camp reception.

We offer two types of reservations.

Non-refundable Reservation – Opting for a non-refundable room guarantees our best rate. This reservation cannot be cancelled or amended, and in case of a no-show, 100 % of the booking value will be charged.

Flexible Reservation. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, 30 % of the total stay value will be charged. If the stay is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100 % of the reservation value will be charged.

Our campsite is open year-round, and reception opening hours can be found under the Contact tab. Should you decide to arrive outside of reception opening hours, you can take advantage of our Key guru service. Near the reception, you will find a box with key lockers, which you can open using a PIN code that will be sent to you via SMS after your reservation payment.

The electricity charge for camping pitches is 150,- Kč per night during the summer season and 225,- Kč per night during the winter season.

You can pay with Czech Crowns or Euros. Credit card payments are also welcome.

Yes, our campsite features a convenient self-service shop where you can pick up essential groceries and beverages for a delightful breakfast or a light dinner. Right by the shop, you’ll also find a coffee machine serving delicious coffee. During peak season, we proudly offer freshly baked goods. And anytime you fancy, you can bake your own handmade Italian pizza.
